Level 5

Level 5 (Competition Level)  •  4-7 years old  •  Information

Competition Level classes are designed for swim team students that need to improve their stroke, speed and efficiency in the water.  When students are challenged to always use correct technique in practice, the improvements show up during competition.  Unfortunately, swim teams are not always focused on correcting poor stroke technique.   Practice and repetition of inefficient stroke techniques develop bad habits and muscle memory that is increasingly difficult to overcome.  Students will be provided with "drills", tips and tricks that will help them develop consistency and efficiency.

This is the correct skill level class if your student is on a swim team, has already learned the 4 competitive strokes.  Your swimmer must be committed to improving their stroke technique, consistency and efficiency by working hard during class.
