Make-up Lessons Policy
Your attendance at every lesson is very important to us and we are hopeful that you have scheduled your time so you will not miss any lessons. Make-up lessons are only offered for lessons cancelled by FriscoSwim (such as for thunder/lightning). Make-up lessons will be scheduled on Fridays of the same week at the same time. Due to our very small class sizes and our instructor's full schedules, we are unable to accommodate make-up requests for other reasons. Please contact us as soon as possible if you will miss lessons due to an extended illness.
Thunder/Lightning - You will be notified via phone if your lessons are cancelled due to weather. Lessons are safely conducted in the rain, but will be cancelled in the event of thunder/lightning. Please plan on attending your lessons if you have not received a cancellation phone call. During weather events, please avoid contacting us via phone.
Change/Cancellation
Change/Cancellation Policy
Since your lesson times have been reserved for you in advance, you may transfer your lessons to another family member or friend.
Otherwise, FriscoSwim will attempt to accommodate change/cancellation requests to the best of our ability. Please send change/cancellation requests by clicking HERE and completing our contact form. If you provide 14 days notice, you are eligible to receive a credit for your lesson charges, minus a charge of up to $25.00. No credits/refunds are provided for late changes/cancellations. Please contact us if your late change/cancellation is due to a medical emergency.
Swim Diapers
Swim Diapers Policy
Swim Diapers are mandatory for newly potty trained or not potty trained students. Permanent, plastic swim pants (with tight elastic around the waist and legs) must be worn over a disposable or reusable swim diaper.

Our secure customer portal is available for making online payments. Just go to the LogIn page on our website.
A minimum of 50% of the total tuition amount is due at the time of enrollment to reserve your lessons. The full balance is due 20 days prior to the lesson start date. FriscoSwim will send friendly payment reminders when the due date approaches. Payment methods are check, cash, money order or credit/debit card (MasterCard/Visa). To pay via credit card, please Login to our SECURE Customer Portal at friscoswim.com to setup your payment information and to submit your payment.
Please make checks payable to FriscoSwim and include your student’s name on your check. Please contact us at info@friscoswim.com for our mailing address.
A 5% late fee may be applicable, however, we will provide advanced notification and will remove any late fees upon prompt payment. There is a $20.00 returned check charge for any checks returned by the bank.
