FriscoSwim isn’t famous, but the goal is for your child to feel that way through personal care and attention. 

FriscoSwim School is innovative and up-to-date, using proven methods to achieve results and to keep your child excited about their next lesson!  Your child will receive the benefit of structured, challenging swim instruction and my commitment to you of safety, achievement and celebration!

About Pat DeLange: Pat discovered her love for swimming at the age of 5 in hometown Reading, PA.  She went on to be a competitive swimmer, lifeguard, swim coach and swim instructor.  Pat has competed and earned medals as a masters swimmer at state competitions, has been a swim instructor for the school district and a swim coach for FASST.  Pat’s background and passion for Special Education has led her to offer Special Needs swim instruction.  (CPR certified, First Aid training, Water Safety Instructor training.)

About Tabby: Tabby is a busy mom and a gifted 1st grade teacher. She started as a lifeguard and swim instructor at the North Lakes Swim Club in Virginia, teaching both private lessons and Red Cross swim classes.  Tabby is starting her 5th year with FriscoSwim!  Tabby has contributed significantly in the development of FriscoSwim programs and has been a key player in all we do. Tabby is an amazing instructor and is enthusiastic about the FriscoSwim approach that provides each student with special attention and keeps lessons fun!  (CPR certified, Water Safety Instructor training.)

About Stacy: Stacy has taught year round for the YMCA in the Milwaukee area for five years.  This is Stacy’s 3rd year with FriscoSwim!  Always passionate about the water and swimming, she began swimming at age 3 just to show her big sister it wasn't scary.  Stacy has a strong swim instruction background and has a love for teaching her students that swimming is FUN and to help them develop this important life skill.  She has developed FriscoSwim’s “Parent & Me” classes.  Stacy has taught a wide range of students and types of swim classes and uses her experience and creativity to help motivate and build her student’s skills.  (Certifications: Lifeguard, WSI, O2, CPR/ AED and First Aid.)

About Donja:   Donja was a lifeguard throughout high school and college and swam competitively in Houston.  Donja is also a preschool teacher and this will be her 4th year with FriscoSwim.  Donja is a very talented teacher and she is passionate about teaching kids to have fun and be safe, confident swimmers!  (CPR certified, First Aid certified.)

About Jenna: Jenna is studying towards a degree in English Language Arts and Reading and is in varsity volleyball. She is also active as a member of Delta Beta Epsilon, which promotes scholarship, leadership and service.  We are so excited that Jenna is back with FriscoSwim for her 5th year!  Jenna is a fantastic teacher and loves to see her students learn new skills and surprise their parents!     

About Julie: Julie started learning to swim at age 4.  Her mom wanted to make sure that she would learn this important life skill after having a near-drowning experience of her own.  This was the start of a life-long love for swimming.  Julie started teaching swim lessons at 15 in California and has taught at YMCA's in Florida, New York and Georgia.  She has taught all ages - babies to adults.  Julie is excited about joining FriscoSwim and we are so happy that she is on our team!  Julie finds teaching highly rewarding and especially enjoys seeing her students progress from at first being fearful to become calm and trusting and then learning to be safe, confident swimmers. (WSI training, YMCA training, USA swim official, CPR, lifeguard training.)
